Once I was really hungry but there was nothing in the kitchen and fridge except for half a packet of pasta, garlic, butter, various asian sauces, and eggs. So I winged it and cooked the pasta with butter, garlic, oyster sauce and an egg (mixed into the pasta). And it was so delicious. I still do this up till now because it’s so easy and also because my kitchen perpetually has nothing in it :( but ya so I call it the ching chong chang pasta. It works with any other type of noodles too! It’s guaranteed delicious~ Sorry, I just had to tell the world~~~ hahahaha the magic is in the oyster sauce and egg!
